JULY 2023 EXAMINATION NOTICE
Kindly take time and care in reading the following notices on the upcoming July 2023 Examinations:
- EXAMINATION VENUES
- Accra: Levels 1 and 2: HR Centre, Tse Addo
- Accra Level 3: Zenith University College (Behind Trade Fair Centre), La
- Kumasi: Levels 1, 2 & 3: Ghana Baptist University College, Amakom
- Takoradi: Levels 1 & 2: CECL Training Centre, Anaji
- Takoradi: Level 3: Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU)
- Ho: Levels 1,2 & 3: GILDS Distance Learning Centre, Ho
- Sunyani: Levels 1,2 & 3: Pastoral Social & Training Centre, Sunyani
- REPORTING TIME
- All candidates are encouraged to report to the Examination Centre at least an hour to the paper.
- Candidates will be accorded ten- minute reading time at 10:50 am and therefore are required to be seated in the hall at least half an hour early to go through all formalities.
- Candidates are required to enter the hall when requested to do so by the invigilator.
- SEATING ARRANGEMENTS FOR EXAMINATION CANDIDATES
- Candidates will sit according to Index Numbers and therefore are required to report early.
- Seating Arrangements for Candidates writing at Zenith College University will be made available on the Telegram Platform.
- COMMUNICATIONS ON EXAMINATIONS
- All communications for examinations shall be done through the Institute’s website, SMS, Announcements and Official Telegram page where applicable.

- EXAMINATION RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Candidates are required to:
- Read the Institute’s Exam Rules and Regulations on the website: cihrmghana.org under downloadables.
- Have their student ID Cards for Identification upon request.
- Have their own stationery i.e. pens, pencils, erasers calculators, rulers and correction fluids as candidates will not be allowed to borrow/share.
- EXAMINATION TIMETABLE
- It is the Candidate’s responsibility to check the timetable and know the paper for the day. Find the Final Exam timetable on the website: www.cihrmghana.org under Downloadables.
CHECKING OF REGISTERED EXAM PAPERS
- Kindly find below list of Registered Candidates for July 2023 examination.
- Click on the various tabs (i.e. Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3) to check registered exam papers.
- Put your correct Student number in the search box. (eg. 100/20)
- Kindly note that the CIHRM Examinations is opened to eligible students who have gone through the Examination registration process and are listed as eligible to write the examinations.
