IHRMP is inviting interested Associate Members to participate in the Level 4 of the
Professional Certification Programme which leads to certification.
This is opened to all persons who have graduated as Associate Members of the
Institute and have a minimum of (3) three years working experience in performing HR
functions.
Associate Members are required to produce an HR Solution to an organisational
problem using knowledge acquired from the Professional Certification Programme.
Guidelines
1. Focus areas for Project work shall take the form of HR systems, policies, strategies,
job descriptions, manuals, etc put together by a student.
2. A project work shall not be an academic document nor copied from a text book or
other sources. A project work shall be the original idea/authentic work of the student
3. While a project work may follow a known format or design, and be based on a known
concept or principle, it should meet the following three (3) criteria:
(i) have value-added content,
(ii) original or independent wording,
(iii) and have application value (that is, capable of solving an organizational problem or
addressing an organizational need)
An Orientation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 6:00pm.
The venue is the Institute’s premises, Tse-Addo. (GL-094-4554)
Students interested in registering for the Level 4 are required to be present at the
Orientation.
