How to Apply

  • Level 1: HND or First Degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary Institution
  • Level 3: First Degree or Masters in HRM or an equivalent degree


  • Certified true Copy of Certificate and Original Transcript
  • One (1) passport sized Photograph (White Background)
  • Banker’s Draft – GH¢200.00 (payable to Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana)
  • Note: working email address and phone number of applicant is mandatory for application processing
  • Kindly note that  scanned copies of Certificate, Transcript and photograph will be needed  for online application processing


(This applies solely to Accra and Tema Tuition Centres)

Step 1– Do a bank draft at any bank in the name of Institute of Human Resource Practitioners, Ghana

Step 2-Present Bank draft at the HR Centre, Tse Addo

(Submit Certified true Copy of Certificate, Transcript, One passport sized Photograph)

Step 3– Receive SMS and Email notification containing unique voucher

Step 4– Follow directions and upload all requested documents

Step 5– Print confirmation page and keep for future reference


Applicants intending to have tuition with our learning partners in Takoradi, Kumasi, Ho, Korforidua are requested to contact the learning partners for Hard copy Application forms.

And follow the process below

Step 1– Present Bank Draft at Learning Partner

Step 2– Fill hard copy Admission form and attach

Certified True copy of Certificate, original Transcript, Two(2) Passport- sized Photographs (white background)

Step 3 – Submit at chosen Learning Centre

Step 4 – wait to receive notification on your admission

IHRMP Ghana, in a response to maintain operations and activities of the Institute amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, has come up with an online payment that allows prospective Professional Certification Programme Student to apply online in the Comfort of their homes and offices without coming over to the HR Centre.
