2020 Demand Notice

We write to inform you that the 2022 Membership Subscription is due and that the fee is  GH¢400 (four hundred Ghana cedis).

You are encouraged to make payments between January and May 13, 2022, to ensure your inclusion on the list of Members-in-Good-Standing to be published in the Daily Graphic before the AGM. Note the change is in adherence to stipulations of the CIHRM Act 2020 (Act 1020), which gave legal backing to the Institute in August 2020.

All payments to the Institute must be made by Cheque or Banker’s Draft or paid directly into the Institute’s Fidelity Bank Account No. 1050017376529, Osu Branch, Accra, and the pay-in-slip presented at the Secretariat or scanned to membershipmanager@cihrmghana.org. Following that, a receipt will be issued, and your record updated accordingly. A further option for payment is via CIHRM’s Momo number 0546112127, where you would be required to quote your Membership Number in the reference section.

Kindly note that ID Cards are issued to Members within a month after payment of the annual subscription. Therefore, you are encouraged to pick up your card from the HR Centre, Tse-Addo, or indicate whether the preference is to have it posted.

Meanwhile, Members yet to pay their levy are reminded that the agreed levy amount remains GHS1500 (one thousand five hundred Ghana Cedis), which could be paid all at once or by instalments.

We trust that you will promptly pay your subscription and levy as a demonstration of commitment to the Institute, as we collectively join forces to advance human resource management practice in our beloved nation, Ghana.

Additionally, as a member, you are entreated to join a Chapter of the Institute and actively participate in its monthly meetings and activities, where Members derive immense support and learn from one another.
