A total of Thirty-Seven (37) participants from Twenty-Four (24) organisations participated in a 3- day workshop on Compensation and Total Rewards Management from April 11 – 13, 2017 at the HR Centre.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Robert Quaye, the Managing Consultant for RAQ Associates Ltd and an IHRMP Resource Person.

Topics covered at the workshop aimed at highlighting the link between Compensation Philosophy and business goals; explaining how to use Salary Survey Techniques and explaining how to implement a Pay-For – Performance System among others

The next will be a 2- day workshop on Change Management on May 11 and 12 2017.
