The IHRMP held its ninth Graduation Ceremony on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences. One Hundred and forty- Five (145) students graduated.
A total of one hundred and thirty- six (136) students graduated as Associate Members and nine (9) as Certified Human Resource Practitioners. Out of the 136 members who graduated as Associate Members, 32 of them passed all 5 Level Three papers at a single sitting.
Mr. Ebenzer Agbettor, the Executive Director mentioned that it was a day of rejoicing and that the graduands were reaping the fruits of their labour. He said what was important was that they did not give up and this experience had made them better persons.
He also reminded graduands to pay up their annual subscriptions in order to remain current.
The Guest Speaker for the Occasion was Mrs. Irene Asare, HR Director of Tullow Oil Ghana. She spoke on the theme, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
Other persons present at the ceremony were members of the National Governing Council, members of the Professional Certification Board, Resource Persons for the Professional Certification Programme, secretariat staff, as well as invited guests.
