IHRMP run a maiden edition of the 4Cs of Human Resource Legal relations at the HR Centre, Nyaniba Estates.

This workshop covered Contract, Collective Agreement, Conditions of Service and Compliance under the Labour Act (Act 651)

A total of 38 participants were present making it the largest group for the 2016 CPE year so far.

Mr. Alexander Williams, the Deputy Director-General, Legal (Securities& Exchange Commission) and resource person on IHRMP’s Professional Certification Programme was the facilitator.

The next CPE will be Professional Skills in Training from October 4-6, 2016.

As this is the last Workshop for the year, Members who have not yet attended any workshop are encouraged to participate.
