In line with its mission of advancing human resource management practice in Ghana, the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP), Ghana, has run the first of its scheduled continuous professional training workshops for the year. The 3-day workshop on “Job Evaluation & Salary Administration”, was conducted at the HR Centre, Nyaniba, and facilitation was by Mr. Kwadwo Asare-Bediako, a renowned HR Consultant with well over 32 years’ experience in the industry.

Participants to the workshop were from a number of public and private organizations across the nation, including the Ghana Cocoa Board, Manya Krobo Rural Bank, GRIDCo, RPS Engineering Services, Nexans Kabelmetal, KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd., Global Media Alliance, Gamey & Gamey Group, Nyaho Medical Centre, Plan International, Ghana Meteorological Agency, Omega Schools Franchise, Olam Ghana Ltd., Petroleum Commission, Ghana Telecom University College and ICS.
